The Philip Myers Band consists of four to six professional musicians. Their collective credits include shows for top entertainers such as Aretha Franklin, the Beach Boys, Brian McKnight, The Doobie Brothers, The Backstreet Boys, and many others. Philip's band performs a wide variety of high energy music ranging from jazz standards, pop, top forty, rock 'n roll, Latin, hip-hop, fifties standards, and classic oldies. The band members and a few of their credits are listed below.

DAVID ROSS David Ross is originally from New York. He developed his skills by fronting many top bands all across the south-eastern part of the United States. He has opened shows for The Beach Boys, 3 Dog Night, Lee Greenwood and many others.
He is an accomplished vocalist and keyboardist. David Ross currently travels full-time with Philip Myers as his music director and accompanist.

ANDRE BARTONBorn in North Hills California, Andre Barton grew up in Ohio. He received a BS in political science from Ohio University in 99, and an MS in Urban Development in 2001. Andre has had the great pleasure of playing with a wide variety of musicians such as Al Green, Louie Bellson, Dees Guys, Christian McBride, Joe Lavano , Mike Scott ,Jill Scott, The Roots ,Sterlin Colvin and the Improve, and many others. Currently he appears as the lead sax player for many of Philip Myers' performances.

MATT CUSSON Matt Cusson is a multi-talented entertainer who is highly accomplished as a pianist, guitarist, songwriter, arranger, producer, singer and dancer. He studied at the prestigious Berklee College of Music where he received numerous awards. Matt has performed alongside such accomplished artists as James Taylor, Norah Jones, Jessica Simpson, Babyface, Brian McKnight, and many others. Matt won the highly competitive "Amateur Night at the Apollo" in New York City. In 2003, Matt performed at the U.S. Open Tennis Tournament and appeared as a musical guest on ABC's #1 daytime television show "The View." In 2004, Matt was chosen as the lead back-up singer and dancer for Christina Aguilera's summer tour. Matt is a featured vocalist, guitarist, and keyboardist with Philip Myers.

HENRIQUE DE ALMEIDAHenrique De Almeida holds a Masters Degree in Music Performance. He is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Jazz Composition. Henrique was a long term student of Mr. Allan Dawson and Mr. Gary Chaffee while living in Boston, MA. He has performed, toured and/or recorded with: Nat Adderley, Nelson Rangel, Jeff Narell, Ira Sullivan, Tiger Okoshy, Victor Mendonza, Danilo Perez, Phil Wilson, Baron Brown, Matt Garrison, Kim Stone, Steve Hunt, Dave Valentin, Bill Summers, Hilton Ruiz, Betty Carter, Willie Williams, Alceu Valenca, Gilberto Gill, Greg Hopkins, Bill Cosby, Brian Lynch, Ronnie Matthews, David Williams and Katy Webster, to name a few.
His career includes performances, touring, television appearances and recording throughout Europe, South America, North America and Central America, to include: New York City, Carnegie Hall, The Paris Olympian, The New York City Lincoln Center, The Kool Jazz Festival, The St. Louis Blues & Jazz Festival, The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, The Montreaux Jazz Festival, The Breckenridge Jazz Festival, The Aspen Festival, The Boston Globe Jazz Festival and The Hattiesburg Jazz Festival.

EVAN DUCHENE
Drummer Evan DuChene graduated from Syracuse University's school of music with a dual degree in music education and music performance. After college he toured the U. S. for several years with Inner city Recording Artist DryJack, backing up artists such as McCoy Tyner and Freddie Hubbard.
Since that time Evan settled in the Central New York area. He has performed with many national artists such as Leslie Gore, Santos and Johnnie, The Four Aces, and jazz greats Chuck Lamb, Nick Brignola and Dizzy Gillespie.
Evan's rock-n-roll roots, classical background and love of jazz makes him a perfect fit for the Philip Myers Band, as Philip hits all styles of music in his shows.

DAVE "DINGER" WINGFIELD
The newest addition to Philip's band began his career in music at the age of 13. With an early emphasis on blues and rock, Dave started performing professionally in his early teens. He has played with many popular regional groups from New York, and most recently toured with Joe Bonamassa (best blues guitar player g.p. reader's poll). Dinger is very happy to be touring with the Philip Myers Band, and feels that playing in this band is among the most enjoyable and rewarding gigs of his career.
